The 'singing cook' is so named because for twenty odd years 0f Steve's life, he made a living as a singer and musician. With music in South Africa being so diverse because of the incredible mix of so many different cultures and influences it's not surprising that the menu at ' Twenty Pepper street ' should reflect the same type of diversity.
