Taghazout Surf Camp

This Moroccan Surf Camp has been created to provide a genuine Moroccan experience. Whether an experienced pro or even if you've never surfed before this camp will ensure you have an unforgettable time.

Located 100 metres from the beach near the region of Taghazout, this is a perfect place to relax and discover what Morocco is all about. The area is renowned not only for the surf but also (thanks to its varying rocky and sandy landscape) for those who like adventure in the form of 4x4, Trekking, Horse & Camel riding, Quads etc. It really is a real place for the adventurers to gather.

The surf camp itself offers comfortable accommodation not far from Taghazout in a hotel 100m from the beach, each room has a private bathroom and satellite TV. With the hotel itself offering a bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool and a private room just for surfers with chilled out music, Playstation 2, surf videos and magazines - perfect to relax in and make new surf buddies after another amazing day in the Moroccan surf. All our packages here are full board consisting of a healthy European breakfast and hearty pack lunch and finally an authentic continental dinner.

The Surf is tutored by internationally renowned Moroccan surfer Moncine Ababssa and each class can be given in either French, English Spanish or Portuguese. We offer two types of surf packages here - the Surfer School Camp Package (for beginner/intermediate surfers) and the Experienced Surfer Camp Package.

The Surfer School Camp Package can be taken for a minimum of 7 nights but it is recommended that 14 are selected in order to achieve maximum progress. With this package you will receive 5 days (5 hours per day) of professional teaching each week you are at the camp.

The Experienced Surfer Camp Package is designed for the competent surfer looking to get out and about and have some fun in the Moroccan surf. Each morning you will be picked up by your expert surf guide and taken to one of the expert surf spots in the area. Again this package must be taken for a minimum of 7 nights.
