As Pure Vacation grows with each different vacation offered so must our team and that is why we have in place individual dedicated specialists for each of our Surfing, Golfing and Ranching vacations. With this system in place we can immediately review all requests individually and to the high standard that Pure Vacations has built it’s foundations on. With this obvious necessity for complete understanding of each product offered we ensure each member of staff has a great knowledge of the activity they specialise in and are trained to a very high standard but more importantly have a real passion for their work, a quality which we believe takes precedence over any other for such a role.

In addition to the specialists we also ensure that the people behind the scenes are as equally well qualified. With our understanding of the high standards demanded by our customers it is important that we have complete control over all aspects of the day-to-day business and that is why we have in-sourced, to a considerable scale the financial and design areas of the company both of which work very closely with the company Managing Director who also enjoys dealing with day to day vacation request, so don’t be surprised to hear back from him on occasion.
