The restaurant at Sacacomie is renown for its Gourmet cuisine made with high-quality local products. Their menu changes on a regular basis depending on the seasons and the produces available. Whatever you order, you can be certain that it will be delicious. However, one special dishes always finds its way back on the lunch menu: the perronatta of wapiti sausage.
A very simple dish, but what a delight!. Always make sure you leave enough room for one of their mouth-watering sweets & puddings. Mineral waters, soft drinks, local & imported beers, liquors, wine card offers Canadian, French & American wines.

No, there is no WI-Fi Internet access available. There is a computer with free-internet access in the lobby.

The beds all have cotton bed linens and duvets. Bed linens will be changed every two days, every day upon request.

The rooms and restaurant are accessible for a person in a wheel chair. Unfortunately no rooms/bathrooms have been designed especially for people with physical handicap (i.e. lower basin, security ramps, etc.)

The ground belonging the hotel has many lakes of different sizes. The biggest one, Lake Sacacomie, has a private beach and is ideal for ice fishing. Other lakes around the hotel offer fabulous fishing opportunities.

What happens if I hurt myself whilst staying at the resort?
The guides are trained in first-aid. For more serious injuries or illnesses, there is am emergency service in St-Alexis-des-Monts, located approx. 15 km away from the lodge. In the unlikely event of a guest obtaining life-threatening injuries or illnesses, guests will be driven by ambulance or flown by helicopter to the nearest hospital in Louiseville.

There is a very cosy bar at the hotel. There are one or two pubs in the village of St-Alexis-des-Monts.

In the winter, it is mostly couples or single males staying here (for the ski-dooing).
