The Nordic Dolce Vita Dog Sledding, Snow Shoeing and Snowmobiling Tour

Take the time to have some fun! Come join us in our winter wonderland! A week of various activities suited to all tastes. From driving your own snowmobile (2 days) to snow shoeing and from dog sledding (1 day) to wildlife watching. All this and much, much more!

Day 1 - Montreal / High-Lanaudiere
Arrival and shuttle to the Auberge du Pro. Welcome Pure Vacations cocktail at your arrival at the Auberge.

Day 2 - High-Lanaudiere (130 km)
After a night of deep, peaceful slumber, it is now snowmobiling time! Your guide will demonstrate the proper driving techniques and safety procedures. You will quickly learn to appreciate the way your vehicle handles. Then our journey through the Laurentian Mountains and their breathtaking scenery begins. We then set off down the trails of Mont-Tremblant Park as well as those of the Rouge-Matawin Wildlife Reserve. When you're done you'll head back to the Auberge for a nice hot dinner. Night at the Auberge du Pro.

Day 3 - High-Lanaudiere (135 km)
This morning you sally forth in the direction of the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve. Keep your eyes peeled as you might just spy a herd of moose (American elk), a common sight in the region. Having experienced a wide range of powerful emotions, you'll steer for the Lanaudiere range to complete your snowmobile escape. Return of material. Night at the Auberge du Pro.

Day 4 - High-Lanaudiere
Today's program would delight even the most blasé ones! At our new winter sports center, take advantage of a vast trails network (66 Km) to practice snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Live also the exhilarating experience of snow rafting: 23 slopes (with mechanical lift) that allow you to feel big thrills! To crown it all, how about a romantic horse sleigh ride (available in February and March) or some skating on a frozen pound? Night at the Auberge du Pro.

Day 5 - High-Lanaudiere
After those three intensive days filled with winter sports and adventures, some might like to take advantage of a free day to simply take a rest! But for those still ready to go, there is the option to participate to several activities such as an other day of snowmobiling or an introduction to forest survival. Night at the Auberge du Pro.

Day 6 - High-Lanaudiere / Montreal
There's no way we could let you leave before inviting you to participate to the typical Canadian activity known as dogsledding! This excursion will take place bordering a lake in the forest, accentuated with a fireside dinner in the great outdoors. Just imagine! Transfer to Montreal at the end of the day. Night at the Roberval.

Day 7 - Montreal
It is almost time to say goodbye to Canada! Take advantage of the afternoon to do a little shopping before the transfer to the airport.
