Basic Kite Surf Experience
On arrival in the tropical island of Dominican Republic you will be greeted and transferred to Cabarete.
Our basic Kite Surfing experience is located with in a lovely guest residence that is small-scaled, basic but clean apart/hotel in the town of Cabarete & offers great resort like facilities in beautiful surroundings near the surf beach of Encuentro.
Encuentro is a relaxed beach enclave offering a superb white sandy beach which is fantastic for kite surfing with friendly locals who will welcome you into there family. The spot is beautiful, not crowded, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed.
This experience is for those of you who are already Kite Surfers and have your own equipment and are competent with the experience and knowledge of kite surfing. It can also be enjoyed by relatively new enthusiasts as we can also quote some extras for you. Located at our kite school it is also possible to rent equipment, possibly with supervision. Especially for kite surfers with not that much experience, this is a great option. The supervisor helps you with setting everything up, launching, landing and looks after you the whole time when you are in the water to make sure everything is all right.
The quality apartments are suited for one, two or three people with a kitchen, couch, bathroom (with hot and cold water), terrace, and 24 hours electricity and ventilation system. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool in the large, tropical garden and a free internet connection. The apartments offer two single beds or a double bed there are additional baby cots available.
With the apartments you will be offered extra services such as fresh bread in the morning. Furthermore you could rent a scooter at the accommodation if required (although this is at your risk!), or join one of the organized activities such as tours, dinner party, Sushi nights, etc.
This really is a classic Kite surfer's destination; expect Kite surfer dudes and girls complete with Volkswagen camper vans, just don't forget to pack your Beach Boys greatest hits CD... (only kidding!)
