Mijas Los Lagos & Los Olivos Golf Course

Both courses are designed by Robert Trent Jones and are aimed at testing golfers tee shots on the wide but short fairways. Los Lagos Is the older, longer and wider course which as its name suggests has several water hazards. Despite being par 71 it is one of the longest courses on the coast and giving the general impression of an open feel. The greens are slick and generally raised with either a lake or bunker protecting them.

Los Olivos is far shorter, tighter with the undulating fairways lined by olive trees. It provides an enjoyable round with its par 5īs and par 3īs offering an interesting variety. The greens are generally large and so are the twisting bunkers around them.

Mijas Golf has a typical Andalusian clubhouse with restaurant and bar a beautiful vine covered patio area, perfect for after your round.
