Barclays Bank / Pure Vacations Golf

Despite Barclays Bank and Pure Vacations golf team joining forces and trying hard in the recent Upchurch River Valley Celeb Golf Event they finished 4th, down from 2006 result of 2nd, although this year was the closest event with only 19 points seperating 1st to 4th place.

Unfortunately 70 percent of the blame for not winning can be passed onto Pure Vacations, CEO Wesley Baker a former low handicapper who had a terrible game, the worst in years and really contributed only half of the possible points he would normally score and to be honest expect from him on a normal day.

Strangely he played golf 2 days later and had his best round this year at Whitstable and Sealsalter Golf Course. Funny old game Golf.
