New Surf Resort Launched

Today, after lots of negotiating we have finally launched another excellent surf resort in the Maldives but this one is in the Southern Atolls and involves a Seaplane Transfer from the Maldives international airport. Forget everything you have ever heard about the Maldives, The island of Gan is completely different. With its 5 km length and 3 km width it is the largest island in the Addu Atoll which is situated at the very southern end of the Maldives - south of the Equator. The transfer to Equator Village will be by air from Male international airport in an unforgettable flight over the atolls and islands, with surf spots opening up before your eyes.

The Island resort is connected to other local villages by unique causeways so you can freely move to see the local culture and way of life of the Maldivian people. Equator Village- offers bicycle for those who wish to ride and explore the islands on their own. There is a long white sandy beach just 100 meters from the resort for the guest to enjoy the coral and other marine life is ideal for snorkelling.
