Cinnamon a Go!

The Cinnamon Surf Charter in the Maldives is now officially part of Pure Vacations fleet following our suppliers successful purchase of the surf charter today. The boat will start to operate on 01st May offering an open boat facility for Pure Vacations customer and provides a great opportunity for surfers to join a Northern Atoll surf trip at a great price.

When the company Managing Director was asked about the situation over the past few days he had this to say - It is always a great test when out of the blue something like this changes in our programme particular when we had bookings on the boat, but we have acted swiftly and smartly and have managed to ensure that the boat is now safe and that we can continue to offer a great service and a great rate. When asked if the comapny had received any hostile comments about the changes to peoples holiday the answer was not so grand - Well in general all were happy apart from one booking of 2 that despite offering them refunds and alternatives (infact I gather 3 seperate choice of holidays) they held us fully responsible, which is totally fabrication but you cant please everyone.

The company now will try and concentrate on its new fleet of surf charters and offer something different to all competitors where ever possible, the open boat is a very unique opportunity for all surfers. It offers singles a chance to enjoy the conditions and although not as perfect as a sould rental does at least provide customers with a basic surf experience.

Cinnamon Charter - Pure Vacations Saves the day!

On 08th February 2008 a Maldives supplier for one of our open boat charters that operates in the months October to March went into liquidation and following this the company took it upon itself to move all customers to new accommodation, packages or to offer full refunds.

The great news however is that Pure Vacations is looking to arrange for the charter boat to be purchased through its representative supplier in the Maldives and this has meant that as of 01 May 2008 Pure Vacations can once again offer this excellent service at an incredible rate.

The Maldives has always been a problem with suppliers where in a space of 1 year the company has seen 2 suppliers go bust on it, however Pure Vacations because it is ATOL protected has always issued refunds or offered alternatives to compensate. The company this month has now installed a new credit check facility with all suppliers worldwide to establish that each company is financial sound to work with Pure Vacations Ltd.

Billabong Work with Pure Vacations

Pure Vacations have partnered Billabong and created a unique surf experience, a dream surf camp at a point break in EL Salvador, where legendary pros will surf and coach a select group of attendees on a once in a lifetime week-long trip. The opportunity will be limited to 15 surfers in each session.

The Billabong fantasy surf camps are scheduled from February 16- April 5, 2008 at the Billabong Surf Club in El Salvador where you can enjoy world class waves, uncrowded conditions and 4-star accommodations and resort facilities and amenities while riding with some epic waves with some of Surfing's legendary professionals. Each week will feature Team Pros who will surf with you and the other attendees and offer hands-on coaching and instruction and video analysis of your own surfing!! The camps are geared for surfers of all ability levels who are looking to take their surfing to the next level, and the curriculum is designed for anyone from beginners to competitive amateurs.

New Surf Destination to France

Pure Vacations has changed its French product to be a Home Sweet Home experience in our cozy seaside apartment. It is 15 metres from the beach, you could not possibly get any closer and ideal for all watersports enthusiasts.

The apartment is located in an area known as Aquataine - land of water with its multiitude of healing hot springs, inland rivers, lake complexes and endless sandy beaches. The region is known for its legendary surf breaks, theraputic thermal spas and for perfect days simply lazing on the beach. Peaceful lakes and shady pine forests that lead down to spotlessly clean, undulating sandy beaches that stretch for 250 kms from the Baie D'Archachon to the Pays Basque.
